Budget Report Template to post district's expenditure budgets on Web Page as required by HB1. A school district must post the budget summary on the school's Internet Web site when it post the "Notice of Public Hearing" on the budget in the newspaper.

Use Omar's 09 template to calculate your "projected" revenue for 2008-09, use state aid template for 2007-08 and 2008-09 (Release 4, dated 5/29/2008). This version has tabs for newspsper notice. Copy data from your 2007-08 LPE.DPE template into Omar's 09 template and update the 2008-09 data cells. Be sure to enter 2007 CPTD T-2 Values.

Multi Tracks: If your district has an AEP, JJAEP or has students attending campuses with different numbers of calendar days, you likely have multi-tracks. If so, use one of these templates: (LPE.DPE 'Two Track' Template); (LPE.DPE 'Three Track' Template); (LPE.DPE "Four Track' Template) Templates are being updated as State Funding makes changes.
