The instructions for preparing
and completing the Student Transportation Route Services Report
have been posted on the School Finance website at http://www.tea.state.tx.us/school.finance/transportation/index.html (posted May, 2008). The instructions contain several updates.
The due date for the report to be in SENT status is July 1st. If you have any questions

Transportation
Forms and Templates:
Trip Tickets – These tickets help you
document mileage for all non-regular route trips, co-curricular
route trips and other uses necessary for completing your Operations
Report.
Register
of Eligible Riders form – This form is helpful
to document ridership for your Route Services Report.
Bus
Inventory and Fiscal Year Odometer Readings template (Excel spreadsheet) – This template is helpful for your Operations Report.
It calculates the deprecation value, annual amount and total mileage
for the school year.
