Help Desk Manager, Technical Services

I am the Service Desk Manager for ESC Region 12 and am responsible for Help Desk services to EDLINK12 members and internal technical assistance. I am responsible for purchasing, invoicing, email account management, district equipment lease management, and assists with videoconference events and scheduling. I am also the E-rate provider contact for the Edlink12 district members.

I have 10 years of experience in educational support; 2 1/2 years as Superintendent's Secretary at Clifton ISD and came to the Service Center in October of 1999. I served as a Core Curriculum Secretary for 2 1/2 years, Field Services Assistant for 3 years and joined the Technical Services Department in November of 2004. I am attending McLennan Community College and have completed 53 hours of an Associates Degree in Applied Sciences and will graduate in May of 2008.
