Ms. Taulton serves as the Administrative Assistant to Dr. Hazel Rowe, Associate Executive Director for Curriculum and Instruction Services. She has been employed with ESC Region 12 since March, 1974. In addition to serving as assistant to Dr. Rowe, she also provides support to the Core Curriculum and Special Education Departments.
