Mrs. Bell has been in education for 25 years. She began her career in Killeen ISD as a first grade teacher. She has taught Pre-K, Kindergarten, and 1st grade students in several Region 12 districts. She was trained in Reading Recovery and spent several years as a Literacy Coordinator for China Spring ISD. Before beginning her position as Director of CSCOPE Services for ESC Region 12, Mrs. Bell was the Director of Instructional Services for 9 years in China Spring ISD. Her responsibilities included staff development, 12-K curriculum alignment, and federal programs…to name a few.
