MA in Latin from the University of Oklahoma
BA in Letters from the University of Oklahoma
Texas certification in English, Comprehensive Elementary Education and Special Education
Endorsement in English as a Second Language

Ms. King taught Latin and English for nine years in Oklahoma before moving to Anson, Texas to become the ESL and Migrant Coordinator for the district. She comes to Region 12 from Region 14 where she was the Migrant Consultant.

Her duties include providing technical assistance for ESL and Migrant and training for TELPAS among other responsibilities.
