Ms. Holman is the education specialist for speech-language pathology
and assistive technology and will be coordinating training for Related Services personnel for Region 12. She will also serve on the team
for providing training in the area of autism. She brings to Region
12 eighteen years of experience as a speech-language pathologist
in the public schools of Texas. She is also the Region 12 representative
to the Texas Assistive Technology Network (TATN) and is a TSHA
Task Force on Eligibility trainer for the Language Eligibility
Template and the Fluency Template.
WHAT'S NEW?
TEA has approved a 5th cycle for the TETN/TWU SLP Distance Learning Master's Program. There will be four information meetings on the following dates: January 31, April 24, September 18, and November 11. Applicants must attend one meeting. Those needing leveling courses should attend one of the spring meetings. Registration information for the spring meetings is currently up on the ESC 12 website.
