Jim has forty-two years experience in education.
He has served as a teacher, coach, middle school assistant principal,
elementary principal, middle school principal, associate high school
principal, personnel officer, assistant superintendent for human
resources, professor and superintendent. Thirty-five years of his
experience has been in school administration with twenty-two of
those as superintendent of two districts.
Jim currently serves as a Field Service Agent providing
assistance to superintendents and serving as a liaison between
superintendents and Region 12.
