Ms. Rogers is the leader for the Substitute Teacher Training Program. She brings twenty five years experience in education to ESC Region 12. She currently holds a Masters of Education degree in School Administration and has served as a classroom teacher, school to career administrator, teacher preparation and certification specialist, Title I, Safe and Drug Free specialist and a substitute teacher.

Within the Substitute Teacher Training Program, she trains substitute teachers in Central Texas and works with school districts throughout the state to establish quality substitute teacher training programs. She has published a Texas Substitute Survival Guide and is about to release a national Substitute Teacher Survival Guide.
