Melba is the TEEM Project Coordinator and PPCD Specialist. Melba has 29 years experience in Early Childhood and Special Education. I have held positions in working in Special Education for the preschool child, experience in working for the ECI in the state of Texas. Currently I am working with the University of Texas at Houston as the TEEM Project Coordinator/Mentor for the last 3 years. I am currently working as a mentor for Waco ISD, EOAC Head Start in Waco and local child care agencies. I have been at the Education Service Center for 15 years and have served as the PPCD specialist, and Teacher of the Visually Impaired.
