Melba is the PPCD Specialist, Teacher of the Visually Impaired contact. Melba has 30 years experience in Early Childhood and Special Education. I have held positions in working in Special Education for the preschool child, experience in working for the ECI in the state of Texas. I have been at the Education Service Center for 15 years and have served as the PPCD specialist, and Teacher of the Visually Impaired, I am your contact for Pre-K and PPCD and Teacher of the Visually Impaired.
