Mrs. Garrett serves as Team Leader of Student Services providing support and services to our RSCCC Student users. She has over 20 years experience at Region 12 supporting various Student Information Systems such as RSCCC. She holds certification in Novell Netware Administration  and Novell System Management from TSTC, and NT Server Enterprise Administration and System Administration for MS Sequel Server. Other responsibilities at ESC 12 include serving as an internal ISO 9001 auditor.
