Mary Segars
Education Specialist, EPC

M.A. of Education, Sul Ross State University in Alpine, TX.
BA in Teaching, Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, TX.

Mrs. Segars is an education specialist for the Educator Preparation and Certification program.

She has twenty two years of experience in education. She taught in a regular self-contained classroom, taught Bilingual in grades Pre-Kindergarten-5th, ESL 6th to 7th grades. Also, Mrs. Segars has served as a special education director and migrant ESL coordinator for two years.
