Shirley Cuff is the Communications/Quality Officer I for Education Service Center Region 12 in the Human Resources & Certification Services and Executive Services departments.

She works in the areas of public information, quality and planning, continuous improvement, and staff development creating publications, maintaining ESC Region 12 manuals and plans along with working on special projects, such as state mandated internal and external audits.  Shirley serves as an ISO internal auditor and assists staff center wide to ensure ISO standards are maintained in Region 12’s quality management system.

Shirley has over 30 years of experience, 16 with ESC Region 12 and the remaining years in the corporate industries of printing, convenience stores, manufacturing and self employment.  She is a member of Texas School Public Relations Association (TSPRA). She is a volunteer in her community as well as owning her own business.
