Shirley Cuff is the Communications/Quality Officer in the Communications, Product Development and Data and Quality and Planning departments.

She works in the areas of public information, quality and planning, continuous improvement, and staff development creating publications, maintaining ESC Region 12 manuals and plans along with working on special projects, such as state mandated internal and external audits.  Shirley assists the Senior Director of Quality and Planning to maintain and implement ESC Region 12’s quality management system.

Shirley has almost 20 years of experience with ESC Region 12 and also in the corporate industries of printing, convenience stores, manufacturing and self employment.  She is a member of Texas School Public Relations Association (TSPRA). She is a volunteer in her community as well as owning her own business.
