Ms. Nolan has 39 years in education as a teacher and administrator in public education. She has taught English and Reading from grades 5 through senior English. She worked as Federal Programs Director, Curriculum Director and Summer School Principal for public schools. She has served as an administrator at two Education Service Centers for 27 years.
She presently oversees the ESC Comprehensive Planning process, the ESC 12 Needs Assessment Process, Performance Excellence/Continuous Improvement, and ISO 9001 certification.
