Sandra Nolan Quality & Planning Senior Director, Executive Services B. S. in Education with double major in Political Science and English, Stephen F. Austin State University M. Ed. with Supervisor's Certificate, Sam Houston State University Mid-Management Certificate, SHSU Post-Graduate work, SHSU and Lamar University

Ms. Nolan has 36 years in education as a teacher and administrator in public education. She has taught English and Reading from grades 5 through senior English. She worked as Federal Programs Director, Curriculum Director and Summer School Principal for public schools. She has served as an administrator at two Education Service Centers for 24 years.

She presently administers the following departments at ESC Region 12: Accountability, Campus Leadership, and School Support along with Satellite Services Support. She also oversees ESC Comprehensive Planning, Continuous Improvement, ISO 9001 certification, and several ESC Initiatives such as facilitation of higher education.
