Mrs. Whitehead is the Director of the Communications, Product Development and Data Management Services department. She works closely with ESC Region 12 staff members to produce curriculum products which are sold across the state of Texas. As the Director of Quality and Plannin, she works towards implementing and improving Quality Management System initiatives at ESC Region 12.

She has twenty-eight years of experience in education with seventeen of those years serving as a classroom teacher and as a district technology director.
