Mrs. Whitehead is an Assistant Director for ESC Region 12 Office of Innovation. She works closely with ESC Region 12 staff members to produce curriculum products which are sold across the state of Texas. She also assists Sandy Nolan (Senior Director of Quality and Planning) in implementing QMS initiatives at Region 12.

She has twenty-five years of experience in education with seventeen of those years serving in a classroom and as a district technology director. She has been with ESC Region 12 for eight years.
