Teresa is the Education Specialist for PPCD (Preschool Program for Children with Disabilities). She has 13 years of experience providing a continuum of services for students with disabilities. She has worked with students with a wide range of disabilities. Teresa is available for technical assistance to support children with disabilities learn through access to the general education curriculum.
